Notice: We apologise for any delays in responding due to a high volume of enquiries. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as possible.
At EG Carpentry & Joinery Ltd, we are dedicated to maintaining the privacy and integrity of our communications. In line with this commitment, our landline number is registered with the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS).
The Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) is the United Kingdom’s statutory opt-out register for organisations that do not wish to receive unsolicited sales and marketing calls.
By registering with the CTPS, EG Carpentry & Joinery Ltd has taken a proactive step to reduce unwanted interruptions and help ensure that we can remain focused on serving our clients effectively.
Businesses must not make unsolicited live direct marketing calls to telephone numbers registered with the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS), unless the subscriber has specifically agreed to receive marketing calls from that business.
Making such calls may breach Regulation 21 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. Businesses should therefore screen their calling lists against both the CTPS and the Telephone Preference Service before making marketing calls.
The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s independent data protection regulator, may investigate breaches and impose enforcement notices and significant financial penalties.
EG Carpentry & Joinery Ltd takes its CTPS registration seriously. We keep records of unsolicited marketing calls and may report businesses that disregard our registration to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Suspected scam or fraudulent calls may also be reported to the appropriate authorities, including Report Fraud, as part of our commitment to protecting the company and its operations.
